BUZZCUT lets token creators route real creator fees into campaigns and lets participants earn a share of them for posting. It is experimental software provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Nothing on BUZZCUT is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens are highly risky and can lose all value. Rewards are variable and never guaranteed.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including disclosure and advertising rules, and with X's rules. You must follow the participation rules and not use the service from restricted regions.

Creators are responsible for their token and campaign, including any securities, consumer-protection or marketing rules. Campaigns must not promise yield to holders or present the token as an investment.

The smart contracts are not audited. Transactions on Robinhood Chain are final. The service depends on third parties (Pons, RPC providers, X data providers) that may fail or change; we are not responsible for their availability.

We may pause campaigns, exclude participants or withhold uncommitted rewards to prevent abuse or comply with law. Rewards already committed on-chain remain claimable by the committed wallet.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUZZCUT contributors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from token prices, smart-contract failures or third-party services.
